Shipping & Return FAQs


What types of shipping do you offer?

Yarra Valley Maker will deliver to just about anything (residential, business, P.O. Boxes and most rural areas), to anywhere in Australia.

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries and offer Standard Parcel Post and Express Parcel Post.

How quickly will you dispatch my order?

Well that depends on what you ordered. The availability of each item is displayed in the top right of the product listing. It's depends on whether or not your item(s) are being personalised.

'In Stock' items are dispatched within 24 hours .

'Made To Order' items are dispatched within the stated time frame (usually 3-10 days)

In the unlikely event that your order cannot be dispatched within the stated time frame we will notify you as soon as we can.

How much does postage cost and when will I get my stuff?

Orders under $150 will will attract a $12.50 shipping fee and be shipped by Standard Parcel Post.

Delivery times depend on which service you select. Just like you, posties enjoy their weekends off. Standard Parcel Post deliveries from our store in Melbourne will arrive between Monday and Friday. Express Post deliveries will arrive Monday and Saturday (Saturday depending on your location - you can check that out here).

Deliveries to postcodes outside the Australia Post Next Day Express Network, are delivered in the fastest possible method available to Australia Post. Feel free to check out if your address is within the Network.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We only ship within Australia for now. If you really love our stuff and simply must have it you could get an Australian Shipping Address from a freight forwarding company.

How can I track my shipment?

We include a tracking number on the email we send to advise of dispatch. You can track your order online here .  If you have any trouble we can help you can contact us by email or call us on 0413 009 297.

Can I return all or part of my order?

Non personalised items can be returned within 30 days of the item being shipped, provided it is in new, resalable condition. Items can be returned after the 30 day period in compliance with the relevant consumer legislation if the item is faulty or damaged. We are unable to accept paints, varnishes or brushes, unless the goods are faulty and factory sealed and unopened.Cost of freight for returns that are  not faulty or damaged are to be covered by the purchaser.

As stated on each product description, personalised items are not refundable except where they are faulty or damaged.

How will my refund be paid?

Your refund paid out in the same method it was paid for - Paypal or direct bank transfer.

 

When will I get my my refund?

Please allow up to 30 working days for your return to be processed.

As soon as we have received your return and your refund has been completed, we will send an email notification to confirm.
